WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? 

* All treatments in salon will be subject to:

All cancellations and rescheduling with more than 24 hrs notice of your appt: FULL refund available or credit for your next treatment. 

All cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hrs of your appt: 50% of treatment price fee.

All cancellations and rescheduling within 1 hr of your appt: 100% of treatment price fee.

CAN I BOOK TRAINING COURSES ONLINE?

Yes. Choose your course or package of choice, complete payment and I will be in touch via email to discuss dates and details with you. 

DO I ALWAYS NEED A PATCH TEST FOR EYE TREATMENTS?  

Yes. Even if you have had eye treatments elsewhere, I always make sure my clients are safe and have had their patch test done. It’s always better to be safe than sorry. It takes 2 minutes to perform a patch test and will ensure a safe procedure. 

    ARE YOUR TRAINING COURSES ACCREDITED? 

    Yes. All of my training courses are fully accredited by ABT and fully insurable which means my students will be able to get insured under my name and can offer their new treatments straight away.
